What are the typical rug/carpet sizes?

Our carpets and rugs range from smaller (3 ft x 4.75 ft) accent sizes to large (6 ft x 9 ft) area rugs.  Many of our carpets/rugs are available in multiple sizes which you can select when placing your order.

How will the carpets be delivered?

If the order is placed on or before August 14th, the student's carpet will be delivered to their room August 22nd, before they move in. If you order during the school year your carpet will be delivered approximately one week after your order date.

How can I verify you received my order?

Regardless of how you place your order (online, phone or mail) you should have received an order confirmation email. For mail-in orders it can take up to a week before you receive your order confirmation email. If you have not received an order confirmation email, first check you spam folder. If it is not there, you can can use the Contact Us form to request an order confirmation or you can call Customer Service @ 800-929-8184 anytime between 9 am & 5 pm CST, Monday-Friday.

If it's past the initial order deadline, is it still possible to order?

Yes. If you miss the start-of-school deadline you can still order a carpet for you room. Just place your order anytime during the school year and you carpet will arrive in approximately 1 week.
