How can I verify that my order was received?

You will receive an automatically-generated confirmation email for your room supplies order if you supplied an email address. If after a reasonable amount of time you still don't have a confirmation email, check your Spam folder. If you still don't find a confirmation email, you may contact us (see link above) to confirm your order.

If the order deadline has passed, is it still possible to order room supplies?

If you've missed the online deadline, we would be unable to accept your late order as it makes it difficult to get the package to your student on time.

What school-sponsored programs does my order support?

A portion of the proceeds from this room supplies fundraiser goes right back to your students through the store-sponsored organization listed below.

Refund Policy

We’re confident you’ll like your products, but if something happens requiring you to need to return items (roommate already ordered it, etc), please contact us (email or contact form) for return shipping instructions and address. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility; please try to use the original packaging where possible.
